BUT I WILL TELL YOU, AND THIS IS JUST MY PERSPECTIVE, THERE'S JUST A WONDERFUL VIBE IN THE AIR, I THINK JUST A FRESH START, YOU KNOW, COMING OFF OF A CHALLENGING YEAR AND JUST BRINGING EVERYBODY TOGETHER AROUND THE THEME OF HOPE AND BELONGING AND DOING A BOOK STUDY.

I WAS JOKING TODAY.

IT WAS SO NEAT TO SEE OUR CFO AND OUR FACILITIES, PEOPLE INVOLVED IN THIS BOOK STUDY AROUND JUST BUILDING A SENSE OF BELONGING IN OUR COMMUNITY WITH ADULTS AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, OUR KIDS, WHICH WILL THEN, I THINK, CONNECT VERY NICELY AND ALIGN TO THE LEARNING.

BECAUSE AS WE ALL KNOW, YOU CAN'T REALLY GET TO THE STUDENT ACHIEVEMENT UNTIL KIDS AND ADULTS FEEL WELCOME IN THE BUILDING.

SO WHAT I'M HEARING BACK FROM OUR STAFF AND OUR TEAM RIGHT NOW IS THAT THEY'RE SEEING A TRUE ALIGNMENT TO THAT.

EACH TRAINING SEEMS TO BE BUILDING ON EACH ON ONE ANOTHER.

LISA, DOREEN, GAIL, AND THE REST OF OUR TEAM, I THINK HAVE REALLY BEEN INTENTIONAL IN MAKING SURE THAT THOSE BUILDING BLOCKS ARE APPLYING.

SO I JUST WANT TO LET YOU KNOW, PLEASE, I KNOW YOU'RE ALL VERY BUSY, BUT AS YOU'RE AROUND, PLEASE POP IN.

WE HAVE OUR NEW STAFF INDUCTION TOMORROW MORNING, SO I'M REALLY EXCITED TO SEE OUR NEW PEOPLE.

WHAT YOU SEE IN THE ASTERISK FOR RESPONSIVE PATHWAYS IS WHAT THE LANGUAGE THAT IS AROUND THAT DEVELOPING STRATEGIC GOAL AREA. SO EACH OF OUR STUDENTS HAS UNIQUE EXPERIENCES, TALENTS AND DREAMS GUIDED BY STUDENT VOICE.

SO I THINK IT WOULD BE A LOT AROUND THAT AND THAT ALIGNMENT TO THE STANDARDS THAT WE HAVE.

SO WHEN YOU SAY PATHWAYS, YOU'RE TALKING LIKE OUR GRADUATION PATHWAYS AND THEN TAKING THOSE BACK.

THAT WAS WHEN THE SECOND GRADE AND FIFTH GRADE ROBOTICS EXPERIENCES WERE PUT IN SO THAT EVERY ELEMENTARY SCHOOL STUDENT HAD AN EXPERIENCE WITH ROBOTICS THAT COULD HELP THEM DETERMINE WHEN THEY GOT TO MIDDLE SCHOOL, IF THEY WANTED TO CONTINUE OR GO DEEPER IN IT.

SO THAT WOULD BE AN EXAMPLE OF A PATHWAY THAT STARTS FROM ELEMENTARY AND CONTINUES THROUGH HIGH SCHOOL.

SOME OF OUR PATHWAYS START IN MIDDLE SCHOOL AND CONTINUE THROUGH HIGH SCHOOL.

BUT TO REALLY LOOK AT THAT IDEA OF NOT JUST A RANDOM OFFERING, RIGHT, BUT HOW ARE THESE CONNECTED TO PATHWAYS THAT HELP OUR STUDENTS CONNECT THAT PATH TO THEIR HOPE, THEIR GOAL FOR THEMSELVES? YEAH. OKAY.
