THANK YOU. HELLO, EVERYONE. MY NAME IS EVAN BONDI, AND I'M A 5TH GRADER REPRESENTING DOROTHY FOX ELEMENTARY.

WHILE MY FAVORITE SUBJECT IS MATH. THE BEST PART OF OUR SCHOOL IS THE CULTURE.

IT'S A PLACE WHERE EVERYONE IS KIND AND SUPPORTIVE TO EACH OTHER.

I'VE BEEN A STUDENT HERE FOR FOUR YEARS, AND FOR THE LAST TWO YEARS, I'VE HAD THE PRIVILEGE OF SERVING ON OUR STUDENT LEADERSHIP TEAM.

THERE ARE MANY THINGS THAT MAKE DOROTHY FOX SPECIAL.

WE STAY CONNECTED THROUGH THE FOX MORNING NEWS AND WE GET TO DO UNIQUE ACTIVITIES LIKE TAIKO, DRUMMING AND PHOTOGRAPHY. OUTSIDE OF SCHOOL, I PLAYED CLUB SOCCER, WHICH HAS TAUGHT ME A LOT ABOUT TEAMWORK.

MY TIME ON THE STUDENT LEADERSHIP TEAM HAS HELPED ME TAKE THAT TEAMWORK AND USE IT TO HELP OUR SCHOOL COMMUNITY.

IN MY LAST TWO YEARS OF SLT, WE HAVE MADE SOME GREAT ACCOMPLISHMENTS SUCH AS WE MADE SOME GROUP HANGOUT AREAS FOR KIDS TO TALK AT RECESS, AND WE STOCK OUR OUTSIDE COVERED AREA WITH FUN ACTIVITIES.

SOME OF THE JOBS ON SLT ARE BEING CLASS REPRESENTATIVES, TECH TEAM AND PRINCIPALS, COUNCIL MEMBERS.

A REALLY COOL RECENT SCHOOL WIDE PROJECT WAS OUR VALENTINE'S DAY CARD DRIVE.

THIS IS THE 3RD OF THIS HOLIDAY PARTNERSHIP WITH A NEW BY SENIOR LIVING CENTER.

EACH GRADE WAS PAIRED WITH A CLASSROOM IN A DIFFERENT GRADE.

5TH WAS THE 2ND GRADE, 4TH WAS HIS 1ST, AND 3RD WAS WITH KINDY.

OUR WHOLE SCHOOL WROTE VALENTINES FOR THE SENIORS AT KENT PLACE.

MY CLASS WORKED WITH MISS ZAVOLZHSKY 2ND GRADE CLASS, AND IT WAS FUN BECAUSE THE 2ND GRADERS HELPED A LOT AND HAVE GREAT IDEAS.

I'VE HAD THE SAME BUDDY FOR TWO YEARS AND HE HAS A GREAT HELPER AND WE HAVE AN AWESOME TIME TOGETHER.

THEN AFTE ALL THE VALENTINES WERE DONE. THE SLT WALKED TO KENT PLACE, A LOCAL, A LOCAL SENIOR LIVING CENTER AND DELIVERED THEM TO THE SENIORS. SEEING THE REACTIONS OF SENIORS WAS THE BEST PART.

IT SHOWED US THAT EVEN A SIMPLE CARD CAN MAKE SOMEONE FEEL SPECIAL.

WHILE WE WERE AT KENT PLACE, I INTERVIEWED TWO OF THE RESIDENTS.

THEY WERE VERY KIND TO SHARE THEIR STORIES WITH ME.

MISS MOLLY WAS BORN AND RAISED IN HAWAII AND WORKED AND WORKED IN A PINEAPPLE CANNERY.

AND MISS JANET IS FROM CONNECTICUT AND STILL IS A MENTAL HEALTH NURSE.

TAKE. TALKING TO THEM MADE ME REALIZE THAT EVERYONE IN CAMAS HAS A UNIQUE BACKGROUND, AND THAT WHAT MAKES IT.

AND THAT'S WHAT MAKES OUR TOWN SO GREAT. THE SENIORS WERE VERY APPRECIATIVE, AND IT SHOWED ME THAT OUR SCHOOL CAN REALLY MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN OUR COMMUNITY OUTSIDE OF OUR SCHOOL WALLS. IN CONCLUSION, MY TIME AT DOROTHY FOX AND ON THE STUDENT LEADERSHIP TEAM HAS TAUGHT ME THAT BEING A LEADER IS ABOUT LISTENING TO OTHERS AND FINDING WAYS TO GIVE BACK.

LIKE, WHAT ARE THE THINGS DO YOU DO WITH YOUR WITH, YOU KNOW, THIS BUDDY SYSTEM WITH SOME OF THE YOUNGER STUDENTS? LIKE WHAT ARE THEIR ACTIVITIES THROUGHOUT THE YEAR YOU DO? SO WE'VE DONE SOME FUN ACTIVITIES WITH THE YOUNGER KIDS.

LIKE THEY'RE SOMETIMES LIKE DRESS UP DAYS OR LIKE FUN STUFF THAT WE DO TOGETHER.

LIKE SOMETIMES OUR TEACHERS GET TOGETHER WITH THE OTHER CLASS AND DO FUN STUFF LIKE WE DID A FAVORITE COLOR DAY. AND LIKE, EVERYBODY WORE THEIR FAVORITE COLOR AND LIKE, YEAH, WE CAME TO OUR GROUPS AND LIKE, GOT TOGETHER AND YEAH, IT WAS FUN WITH THE 2ND GRADERS.

THAT'S PRETTY UNIQUE, I THINK LIKE, I DON'T REMEMBER IN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, LIKE EVER GETTING INVOLVED WITH STUDENTS WHO WERE YOUNGER WITH ME.

BUT IT'S NEAT THAT YOU HAVE THAT OPPORTUNITY.

YOU CAN LEARN FROM THEM. AS YOU SAID, YOU LEARN FROM THE YOUNGERS TOO, RIGHT? THERE MAY BE A DIFFERENT CREATIVITY.

THEY THINK A LITTLE DIFFERENTLY. YEAH, COOL. AWESOME.

I JUST WAS CURIOUS. WHAT ARE SOME OF THE THINGS THAT YOU'VE DONE BECAUSE YOU SAID YOU'RE ON THE PRINCIPAL'S LEADERSHIP TEAM, RIGHT? OR WHAT WAS IT CALLED? WAS IT PRINCIPAL LEADERSHIP TEAM? ABOUT THERE? WHAT KIND OF DECISIONS DO YOU MAKE THERE? WELL, WE MAKE.

THEY'RE DIFFERENT SOMETIMES. LIKE WE HAVE A FOX POSITIVES BIN, WHICH IS LIKE WHEN PEOPLE ARE GOOD, LIKE, TEACHERS CAN GIVE THEM FOX POSITIVES AND THEN YOU CAN PUT THEM IN BOXES FOR DRAWINGS LIKE GET PICKED TO DO SOMETHING SPECIAL AND. YEAH. AND THEN AFTER, LIKE A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF TIME, ALL THE PEOPLE WHO DIDN'T GET PICKED GO INTO THIS BIG POOL. AND THEN WHEN, LIKE WE HAVE THIS BOX AND WHEN THE BOX GETS TO THE TOP, WE HAVE A BIG PARTY. SO WE'RE DOING STUFF WITH THAT.

WE'RE HERE AT REPRESENTING CAMAS ASB. SO TO START OFF, WE HAD A GLOW DANCE ON FEBRUARY 7TH, WHICH INCLUDED BADMINTON, DODGEBALL, MINI GOLF, AND DANCING ALL GLOW IN THE DARK.

AND IT WAS A LOT OF FUN. EVERYONE THERE REALLY ENJOYED IT.

AS WELL AS THAT, WE HAD A ICE SKATING EVENT SLASH FUNDRAISER AT THE MOUNTAIN VIEW ICE ARENA RIGHT BEFORE MID-WINTER BREAK, AND ALMOST 70 STUDENTS ATTENDED, INCLUDING MS. O'ROURKE, MR. BARANOWSKI AND MS. HARBIN. ON TOP OF THAT, THERE WAS A DISCO BALL THAT DROPPED HALFWAY THROUGH, WHICH MADE THE EVENT EVEN MORE SPECIAL. WAS IT PLANNED TO DROP OR JUST DROP? BY SURPRISE. OH. [LAUGHTER]. WE ALSO ARE PLANNING THE RANDOM ACTS OF KINDNESS WEEK NEXT WEEK ON BEHALF OF ASB.

AND THIS IS REALLY ANTICIPATED BECAUSE IT'S JUST A WAY TO CAUSE A RIPPLE EFFECT OF KINDNESS, ESPECIALLY DURING SUCH A DREARY TIME OF THE YEAR.

AND WE ARE ALSO PLANNING A MULTICULTURAL WEEK A COUPLE WEEKS AFTER.

AND THIS IS JUST ANOTHER WAY THAT WE CAN INVOLVE MANY STUDENTS IN THE COMMUNITY AS WELL, AND ENSURE THAT EVERYONE IS SEEN, HEARD AND REPRESENTED. ANOTHER THING THAT'S COMING UP HERE IS OUR THEATER PROGRAM IS PUTTING ON THE PLAY URINETOWN, WHICH IS GOING TO BE ON MARCH 20TH, AND WE'RE VERY EXCITED.

WE THINK IT HAS A LOT OF POTENTIAL TO BE REALLY COOL FOR OUR STUDENTS. AND WITH CLUBS WE HAVE KNOWLEDGEABLE UPDATING.

THEY WON REGIONALS THIS WEDNESDAY AND SO THEY'RE LOOKING TO SEE HOW THEY CAN DO BETTER MOVING FORWARD.

AND THEY'VE BEEN SUPER SUCCESSFUL SO FAR. SCIENCE OLYMPIAD JUST COMPETED AT GEORGIA TECH AND THEY PLACED 3RD.

AND NOW THEY'RE ACTUALLY MOVING ON TO REGIONALS AS WELL. AND THEN MOCK TRIAL ALSO GOT 3RD.

AND NOW THEY QUALIFIED FOR THE STATE FOR THE FIRST TIME IN A VERY LONG TIME.

SO IT'S BEEN SUPER EXCITING FOR THEM. ON TOP OF THAT, OUR DECA PROGRAM HAS DONE VERY WELL SO FAR.

AND NOW THEY'VE BEEN PREPARING TO GO TO STATE THIS WEEKEND AT BELLEVUE, AND WE'RE HOPING TO SEND A LOT OF STUDENTS ON TO INTERNATIONALS. ON TOP OF THAT, WE'VE HAD SOME FCCLA. IT'S A CLUB HERE AT CAMAS, AND THEY SOLD CRUSHES FOR VALENTINE'S DAY, AND IT WAS A FUNDRAISER BEFORE BREAK. AND IT WAS A COOL WAY TO SHOW STUDENTS HOW MUCH YOU APPRECIATED THEM.

CHOIR HAS ALSO BEEN FUNDRAISING FOR THEIR TRIP TO LA, AND THEY DID THE MUCH AWAITED SERENADES WHERE THEY CAME TO EACH CLASSROOM AND SERENADED STUDENTS FOR $10, WHICH WAS SUPER EXCITING. ALONG WITH THAT, RED CROSS ALSO HAD A BLOOD DRIVE ON FEBRUARY 6TH AND THIS WAS SUPER SUCCESSFUL AND GAVE MUCH NEEDED BLOOD. YEAH. NOW ON TO SPORTS. OUR GIRLS BOWLING TEAM SENT TWO GIRLS TO STATE WHO BOTH DID VERY WELL AND THE SEASON ENDED LAST JANUARY.

IT WAS AWESOME TO SEE THEM GO. AND THEN WITH DANCE.

DANCE TEAM GOT 3RD OVERALL THIS PAST WEEKEND AT STATE, WITH MULTIPLE DANCERS PLACING REALLY HIGH IN BOTH THE TEAM AND INDIVIDUAL COMPETITIONS.

GIRLS BASKETBALL CONCLUDED THEIR SEASON LAST WEEKEND, FALLING ONE GAME SHORT OF STATE.

HOWEVER, THE GIRLS PLAYED REALLY STRONG AND WERE SUPER PROUD OF THEM.

BOYS SWIM ALSO DID VERY WELL AND TENZIN KELSANG PLAYED PLACED 6TH IN THE 100 YARD BREASTSTROKE AND ARNAV KRISHNA BROKE THE SCHOOL RECORD FOR THE 100 BACKSTROKE. WOW OUR TEAM PLACED 3RD AT STATE THIS PAST WEEKEND WITH SUPER STRONG PERFORMANCES FROM OLIVIA MAGUIRE, MADDIE BOHAC, BRYE NUIS AND ADDY TURNAGE. ON TOP OF THAT, OUR BOYS BASKETBALL QUALIFY FOR STATE.

AND THEIR NEXT GAME IN THE STATE TOURNAMENT IS THIS FRIDAY AT CHS VERSUS WOODINVILLE AT 08:00 P.M.

BOYS WRESTLING DID VERY GOOD AT STATE AND WE PLACED OVERALL 5TH, AS WELL AS HAVING TWO STATE CHAMPIONS, ALEC FRAZIER AND KANNON FRECHETTE, WHO BOTH DID VERY WELL.

OH, AND LASTLY, GIRLS WRESTLING. AVERY VEGA PLACED 3RD AND SOPHIA ROBARGE PLAYED 6TH THAT STATE.

IT'S TURNING OUT TO BE PRETTY COOL. TWO MONTHS? WE IT'S. FOR US IT'S JUST REALLY IMPORTANT THAT WE'RE ABLE TO CONTINUE TO DO THE THINGS THAT WE DO. AND ONE WAY WE DO THAT IS JUST BY SELLING TICKETS TO OUR SHOW.

HAVING PEOPLE COME AND SEE IT AND SPREAD THE NEWS THAT, HEY, CAMAS HIGH SCHOOL DOES PUT ON SOME PRETTY AMAZING PRODUCTIONS.

SO I KNOW A FEW OF US WERE WANTING TO SPEAK ABOUT SOME OF THE REASONS WHY YOU WANTED TO COME.

I THINK THE FIRST THING THAT I FIND REALLY COOL IS TO SEE ALL OF YOU ACTUALLY COMING TO THE SHOWS.

I'VE SPENT A DECENT AMOUNT OF TIME WORKING ON EVERY PART OF THE THEATER, WHICH MEANS I'VE ALSO WORKED HOUSE CREW AND HANDING OUT PROGRAMS. AND RIGHT NOW WE ALL KNOW AT LEAST A. I MEAN, 2 OR 3 PEOPLE WHO ARE GOING TO BE HANDING OUT PROGRAMS, WHO ARE GOING TO BE ABLE TO TELL US IF ANY OF YOU GUYS ARE ABLE TO SHOW UP.

AND IT'S REALLY COOL TO BE ABLE TO HAVE SUCH A STRONG SUPPORT SYSTEM IN OUR DISTRICT OF PROFESSIONALS AND MENTORS AND TEACHERS AND JUST ADULTS WHO ARE IN SUPPORT OF THE ARTS AND WHO ARE COMING TO SEE OUR SHOWS AND SEE WHAT WE SPEND OUR TIME DOING IN THE DISTRICT OUTSIDE OF JUST THE ACADEMICS.

IMPERFECT OPPORTUNITIES THAT, LIKE BEING IN DRAMA CAN OFFER.

LIKE IT TEACHES YOU SO MANY SKILLS LIKE TEAMWORKING.

AND WE ALL CAME TOGETHER AND WE PLANNED ALL OF THIS, AND IT TEACHES YOU LIKE GOOD MEMORIZING SKILLS FOR ALL THOSE LINES YOU HAVE TO MEMORIZE AND.

JUST LIKE, IT'S JUST AN AMAZING PROGRAM AND I'M SO GLAD THAT I GET TO BE PART OF IT AND EVERYONE ELSE GETS TO BE A PART OF IT. AND I'VE IT'S BECOME LIKE KIND OF LIKE A SECOND FAMILY TO ME.

I KNOW THAT I COULD, I DO I GET TO COME TO PRACTICE AND HANG OUT WITH SOME OF MY FAVORITE PEOPLE I WASN'T TOLD I WAS GOING TO BE DOING THIS, BUT [LAUGHTER] I JUST GOT TO TALK ABOUT THE SHOW FOR A MOMENT.

AMAZING SHOW. IT'S A COMEDY, A DRAMA. IT'S EVERYTHING YOU WANT A BROADWAY SHOW TO BE AND MORE.

[LAUGHTER]. I, I HAVE WHEN I, WHEN I WAS FIRST WATCHING THROUGH THE MUSICAL AND STUFF, I WAS LIKE, OH, OH, I'M GOING TO HAVE A LOT OF FUN WITH THIS BECAUSE IT'S JUST SUCH A FUN MUSICAL TO WATCH AND BE IN.

IT'S. I'D RECOMMEND THIS.

CAST IS, LIKE, LITERALLY MY SECOND FAMILY. LIKE, I SPEND MORE TIME WITH THE CAST THAN I DO AT HOME LATELY BECAUSE WE'RE AT SCHOOL AND THEN WE GO TO REHEARSAL. BUT I LOVE IT, AND I WOULDN'T TRADE IT FOR ANYTHING.

WE COME IN ON SATURDAYS AND WE BUILD THE SET AND IT TAKES FOREVER.

BUT IT REALLY LIKE WE PUT IN THE EFFORT AND THEN WE GET TO FEEL SO GOOD WHEN WE PERFORM AND WHEN WE SEE ALL OF YOU THERE.

SO GREAT PROGRAM I'M GETTING OVER THE FLU, SO IT'S GOING TO BE A BIT ROUGH, BUT SO I PERSONALLY AM A PRETTY ACADEMIC BASED STUDENT, SO ESPECIALLY IN MY FRESHMAN YEAR, I WASN'T ABLE TO TAKE ANY ART CLASSES BECAUSE I WAS TAKING LIKE, MARKETING AND JAPANESE, WHICH ARE BOTH REALLY GOOD CLASSES.

BUT THE THEATER PROGRAM REALLY, REALLY HELPED ME, LIKE CONNECT WITH THE PEOPLE IN MY COMMUNITY BECAUSE I DO THEATER ALSO OUTSIDE OF CAMAS.

SO THOSE WERE WHERE A LOT OF MY FRIENDS WERE.

BUT THROUGH CAMAS HIGH SCHOOL THEATER, I REALLY MET A LOT OF PEOPLE FROM THE SCHOOL.

AND SOME OF THESE PEOPLE, I WOULD SAY ARE MY CLOSEST FRIENDS NOW.

SO AFTER DOING THEATER FOR ABOUT THREE YEARS HERE AT CAMAS IT HAS BEEN SUCH AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE.

AND OVERALL, LIKE THROUGHOUT MY LIFE. I'VE BEEN DOING THEATER FOR 11 YEARS SINCE I WAS 7 DOWN AT JOURNEY THEATER, METROPOLITAN PERFORMING ARTS. BUT CAMAS HAS A REALLY UNIQUE KIND OF CULTURE TO IT WHERE BECAUSE YOU'RE PRACTICING EVERY SINGLE DAY AFTER SCHOOL, YOU GET REALLY CLOSE WITH YOUR CASTMATES. AND I THINK, LIKE I FORGOT WHO SAID IT, BUT LIKE A BIG FAMILY, IT'S REALLY COOL. SO IT'S JUST A GREAT PROGRAM AND I ENJOY BEING HERE EVERY DAY.

SO ALL OF THIS TO SAY, THIS PRODUCTION, THIS DEPARTMENT, IT IS ALL IN JUST YEAH.

THEATER TELLS A STORY. THEATER IS SOMETHING THAT ALLOWS CHILDREN AND TEENAGERS AND ADULTS AND PEOPLE OF ALL AGES TO EXPRESS THEMSELVES AND GIVE THEM AN OUTLET TO EXPRESS THE THINGS THAT THEY BELIEVE IN AND TO LIKE, DEDICATE AND PUT EFFORT INTO. IT GIVES THEM SOMETHING TO BE PROUD OF.

WE ARE SO PROUD OF THIS SHOW ALREADY. IT'S NOT DONE YET.

IT'S NOT PERFECT, BUT WE ARE SO PROUD OF IT. AND EVEN THOUGH THE NAME MIGHT BE A LITTLE WEIRD, EVEN THOUGH IT MIGHT DEAL WITH SOME PRETTY DARK AND BUT VERY IMPORTANT THEMES, IT IS TRULY JUST SO AMAZING.

I KNOW THE PRINCIPALS ARE AS WELL, AND THEY WERE JUST AN ANOMALY FOR THIS MONTH.

I DON'T THINK THERE WAS ANYTHING THAT WE NEED TO DIG INTO.

DOCTOR DAN IS WORKING WITH HIS 9TH GRADE TEAM ON, YOU KNOW, SOME FEEDBACK AND SOME SURVEYS AND SOME EXIT INTERVIEWS FROM THOSE 9TH GRADE STUDENTS WHO MOVED ON JUST TO SEE HOW THEY CONTINUE TO IMPROVE THE PROGRAM.

SO BOTH BUDGETS CAME IN. YOU KNOW, WHERE THEY KNOW THERE NEEDS TO BE REDUCTIONS.

THERE'S A DEFICIT, BUT THERE'S ALSO BEEN SOME ADDITIONS THAT ARE BEING PROPOSED TO THE GOVERNOR AS WELL, IN TUNE OF ABOUT $2 BILLION FROM EACH, THE SENATE AND THE HOUSE.

I DON'T KNOW WHERE THEY'RE GOING TO GET THE MONEY TO DO THAT. ONE OF THE WAYS, OF COURSE, MANY OF YOU KNOW, THAT THEY'RE LOOKING AT IS A MILLIONAIRE TAX FOR ANY INDIVIDUAL OR COUPLE THAT MAKES $1 MILLION OR MORE.

OUR THREE REPRESENTATIVES ARE ALL AGAINST IT.

THEY FEEL LIKE IT'S A TRICKLE DOWN EFFECT THAT EVENTUALLY, IF IT PASSES, IT'S JUST GOING TO HURT THE COMMON CITIZEN.

THAT'S OUR REPRESENTATIVES FEEDBACK. WE DON'T ARE.

SINCE THEY'RE ALL THREE REPUBLICANS, WE REALLY DON'T KNOW THE DEMOCRATIC SIDE OF IT.

BUT ULTIMATELY, THAT'S ONE WAY THAT THE STATE'S LOOKING AT TO POTENTIALLY INCREASE REVENUE.

I THINK FOR US, YOU CAN SEE ON THE BOTTOM THERE OSPI REDUCTIONS OVERALL 6% CUT TO STATEWIDE PROGRAMS FROM THE SENATE SIDE AND A 6% CUT TO STATEWIDE PROGRAMS IN ADDITION TO A $1 MILLION REDUCTION.

$1 MILLION TO $3 MILLION REDUCTION OF ADMINISTRATIVE REDUCTIONS FROM THE HOUSE SIDE.

SO A VERY, VERY DISMAL REPORT COMING OUT OF THE STATE.

THEY'RE JUST A MICROCOSM OF WHAT WE'RE DEALING WITH AT THE MICRO LEVEL.

AND THEN THESE ARE A LITTLE BIT MORE DETAIL ON TAX POTENTIAL TAXES, WHERE, LIKE I SAID, THE MILLIONAIRE'S TAX IS SENATE BILL 6346.

THIS WOULD INCLUDE A FULL REPEAL OF SALES TAX EXEMPTION FOR ALL ENTITIES.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN EXEMPTION ON SALES TAX FROM THE EDUCATION SIDE OF THE HOUSE.

WE JUST DON'T KNOW IF WE'RE GOING TO GET IT. WE'RE WORRIED THAT THE GOVERNOR IS GOING TO BE SORT OF DESPERATE TO BUILD REVENUE AND NOT TO EXEMPT ANYONE, AND WE'RE WORKING HARD WITH OUR LOBBYISTS TO TRY TO EXEMPT US FROM SOME SALES TAX.

AND THEN YOU SEE THE TECHNICAL FIX BILL, WHICH IS ALSO INCLUDING A SALES TAX EXEMPTION.

THIS IS KIND OF A CONGLOMERATION OF MULTIPLE BILLS THAT HAVE COME INTO ONE.

AND THEY'RE LABELING IT SENATE BILL 6260. THIS INCLUDES CUTS TO TTK, BUS DEPRECIATION, RUNNING START AND MSOC.

SO JUST REALLY BRIEFLY IF YOU LOOK AT THESE I WROTE DOWN WHAT THE CAMAS IMPACT WOULD BE.

SO IF THIS BUS DEPRECIATION BILL PASSES, THERE WOULD BE A MANDATORY 15-YEAR DEPRECIATION SCHEDULE, WHICH IS UP, WHICH MEANS THAT WE WOULD HAVE TO KEEP OUR BUSSES IN THE FLEET FOR AN ADDITIONAL 7.

2 TO 7 YEARS, WHICH COULD BE DEVASTATING TO SOME DISTRICTS.

TK, THIS IS THE ONE THAT REALLY STINGS. THIS WOULD LIMIT FUNDING STRICTLY TO STUDENTS ELIGIBLE FOR FREE AND REDUCED LUNCH, WHICH IN CAMAS IS NOT A HIGH AMOUNT. AND IT THREATENS OUR INCLUSIVE PRE-K MODEL, WHICH HAS BEEN SO BEAUTIFUL FOR OUR KIDS OVER THE LAST SEVERAL YEARS.

HOWEVER, THIS IS SOMETHING THAT IS HIGH ON THE GOVERNOR'S LIST TO REDUCE.

NOW, WHAT WE DON'T KNOW IS HOW MUCH THIS WOULD REDUCE IN CAMAS.

CURRENTLY, WE ONLY QUALIFY FOR 18 STUDENTS THAT ARE THAT ARE AT GRASS VALLEY.

WOULD THIS MEAN THAT ONLY FREE AND REDUCED STUDENTS CAN BE A PART OF IT? OR WOULD IT MEAN IT'S COMPLETELY ELIMINATED BASED ON THE FORMULA THAT COMES DOWN? SO WE DON'T KNOW. AND SO WE'RE OBVIOUSLY LOBBYING HARD FOR THIS.

AND THIS WOULD BE A CONVERSATION THAT WE HAVE DIRECTLY WITH OUR REPS.

THIS WOULD ALSO AFFECT RUNNING START. AND THAT INSTEAD OF RECEIVING 1.4 FTE FROM THE STATE, WE WOULD THAT WOULD BE REDUCED TO 1.2 FTE. SO OBVIOUSLY WE MAY NOT BE ABLE TO HOUSE AS MANY STUDENTS JUST BECAUSE WE JUST WOULDN'T HAVE THE FUNDING. AND ALSO REDUCES THE NUMBER OF COLLEGE CREDITS THAT A HIGH SCHOOL STUDENT CAN TAKE FOR FREE.

AND THAT THAT'S KIND OF POLITICAL, TOO. I CAN SEE PEOPLE ON BOTH SIDES OF THE AISLE ON THAT.

AND THEN LASTLY, ON THIS BILL, AGAIN, THIS IS AN ALL ENCOMPASSING BILL.

THIS STARTED OUT AS MULTIPLE BILLS. THIS IS AN MSOC PIECE WITH WHICH WOULD WITHHOLD 1.9% OF 9TH TO 12TH GRADE MSOC FUNDS TO COVER THE HIGH SCHOOL AND BEYOND ONLINE PLATFORM. SO IT'S KIND OF BORROWING FROM PETER TO PAY PAUL, WHICH IS NEVER GOOD.

IT'S EFFECTIVELY A TAX ON OUR CLASSROOM SUPPLY BUDGET IN ORDER TO PAY FOR SCHOOL LINKS.

RIGHT NOW, THE GENERAL FUND APPORTIONMENT, WE DID GET THE ACTUAL FOR JANUARY.

THAT'S WHEN WE ACTUALLY START OPERATING OFF OF ACTUAL VERSUS BUDGETED.

AND SO THAT WAS POSITIVE WITH OUR CLOSE TO 100 ADDITIONAL FTE, 100 FTE.

OF COURSE, AS YOU GUYS MENTIONED, THERE IS A REDUCTION GOING ON RIGHT NOW IN SOME OF OUR FTE.

SO IT'LL PROBABLY BE A LITTLE BIT LESS THAN THAT TOWARDS THE END OF THE YEAR.

SO THAT WAS REALLY THE MAIN HIGHLIGHT FOR THE GENERAL FUND.

CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND. WE HAD TO PAY THE CITY OF VANCOUVER BACK SOME IMPACT FEES.

ONE OF THE PROJECTS DIDN'T PAN OUT. SO WHEN YOU LOOK AT THE BUDGET STATUS REPORT AND YOU SEE A NEGATIVE IN THE REVENUE ACCOUNT, IT WAS BECAUSE OF THAT. NOTHING HAPPENING IN THE DEBT SERVICE FUND IN THE MONTH OF JANUARY.

AND THEN THE TRANSPORTATION VEHICLE FUND, YOU'LL SEE IN THE BUDGET STATUS REPORT THE EXPENDITURES FOR TWO OF THE FOUR BUSSES FROM LAST SCHOOL YEAR'S PURCHASE AND THAT WE ACTUALLY FINALLY PAID. AND THEN WE'RE PAYING THE OTHER TWO HERE IN FEBRUARY.

SO AS JOHN ALREADY MENTIONED THIS IS WHERE I ACTUALLY GO ALL THE WAY UP TO FEBRUARY SINCE WE ARE IN FEBRUARY.

SO RIGHT NOW OUR AVERAGE FTE IS AT 7,038. IT'S A LITTLE BIT LESS ABOUT HALF A PERCENT LESS THAN THE PRIOR YEAR, BUT WE ARE HIGHER THAN WHAT WE HAD BUDGETED. SO THAT IS A GOOD NEWS.

HERE'S WHERE IT AFFECTED US. ON OUR SPECIFIC ENROLLMENT GROUPS.

GENERAL APPORTIONMENT WE'VE SO FAR ARE RECEIVING AN ADDITIONAL $895,000 FOR THOSE ADDITIONAL FTE AND THEN DROP OUT WHERE WE'RE RECEIVING $48,000.

ALE WE HAVE A DROP IN ENROLLMENT. SO THAT HAS A LOSS OF REVENUE.

AND THEN THE OTHER ONES AS WELL. SPED HAS ABOUT $400,000 THAT IT'S RECEIVING FROM ITS ADDITIONAL ENROLLMENT.

REVENUES. JANUARY REALLY HIGHLIGHTS HOW WHY IT'S SO IMPORTANT TO HAVE A FUND BALANCE.

BECAUSE WHAT WE RECEIVE FROM THE STATE, AS WELL AS THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT IS NOT WHERE YOU WOULD NORMALLY SEE AT THIS TIME OF THE YEAR, WE SHOULD BE RECEIVING 42% OF OUR REVENUE. AND AS YOU CAN SEE, IT'S IN THE 30 PERCENTILE.

AND THIS IS ALWAYS THE CASE EVERY YEAR, BECAUSE THEY'RE ALWAYS HOLDING ON TO OUR MONEY A LITTLE BIT LONGER THAN THEY SHOULD.

AND SO JUST ANOTHER EXAMPLE OF HOW IMPORTANT IT IS FOR US TO HAVE OUR FUND BALANCE, BECAUSE YOU REALLY START TO SEE IT IN JANUARY ON OUR LEVY, PROPERTY TAX AND NON-LOCAL TAX REVENUES. WE ARE ABOUT WHERE WE NORMALLY WOULD GET WE ARE RECEIVING A LITTLE BIT MORE IN OUR NON-TAX. SO THAT IS PROMISING. AND OUR EXPENDITURES.

ANOTHER PROMISING NOTE ALL THE HARD WORK ON THE CUTS IS REALLY SHOWING HOW THAT'S AFFECTING LIKE BASIC ED, WHICH IS OUR REGULAR INSTRUCTION.

YOU SEE THE DROP IN THE 24-25 TO THIS YEAR DUE TO THOSE CUTS SPED IS ALSO ANOTHER ONE WHERE WE SPEND QUITE A BIT. AND AS YOU CAN SEE, THERE'S THAT REDUCTION AS WELL.

AND THEN SUPPORT SERVICES, NORMALLY YOU SEE A, YOU KNOW, A GOOD CLIMB.

AND WE, WE DID INCREASE A LITTLE BIT BECAUSE OF OUR INSURANCE COSTS, BUT IT'S JUST A LITTLE BIT.

SO AGAIN, ALL THOSE CUTS REALLY ARE SHOWING THEMSELVES THIS YEAR.

I DIDN'T HAVE TO DEAL WITH THE CUTS BUT GET TO ENJOY SEEING HOW IT DID PLAY OUT.

AND THAT'S A LOT OF HARD WORK. SO ON THE CASH FLOW.

THIS WE STARTED THE YEAR WITH JUST OVER $7.3 MILLION.

NOW WE'RE UP THROUGH JANUARY. THAT'S WHAT THE ACTUALS ARE IN OUR CASH FLOW.

AND THEN THE REST IS WHAT WE'RE PROJECTING FOR THE REST OF THE YEAR.

THAT IS WHERE WE NEED TO BE DOWN AT THE $2 MILLION IN FUND BALANCE.

IT HAS TO BE AT THAT IN ORDER TO JUST COVER OUR ACCOUNTS PAYABLE FOR THE FUTURE MONTH.

BUT HERE'S THE NEW LINE THAT YOU GUYS WERE ASKING ABOUT.

WHAT DO WHAT DO WE HAVE TO BE AT FOR OUR 8% FUND BALANCE POLICY? AND SO THAT'S WHAT THAT LINE IS. SO YOU CAN SEE WHERE AT THE END OF THE YEAR, WE'RE NOT MEETING THAT WHICH YOU GUYS KNOW ABOUT.

BUT THEN AGAIN, AS YOU KNOW, THE NEXT YEAR COMES WE HAVE ADDITIONAL PAYROLL COSTS THAT ARE GOING TO BE THAT MUCH HIGHER THAN WHAT THE STATE ALLOCATES TO US. AND SO WE'LL BE DROPPING.

I AM GOING TO BE DOING A PROJECTION ON JUST A FEW OF THE MAIN PROGRAMS, BASIC ED, SPED AND OUR DISTRICT WIDE EXPENDITURES FOR FEBRUARY'S PAYROLL. SO I'LL GIVE YOU GUYS AN UPDATE AT THE NEXT BOARD MEETING, HOW THINGS ARE LOOKING.

I KNOW AT THE ONE THAT I DID FOR DECEMBER WAS WE WERE AT $800,000 WHERE WE WERE SEEING OURSELVES HAVING AN ADDITIONAL REVENUE TO PUT INTO THE FUND BALANCE AND HOPING TO STILL SEE THAT.

I DON'T SEE WHY WE WOULDN'T. I'M SEEING WHERE EXPENDITURES ARE STILL HOLDING TIGHT.

SO THAT'S GOOD NEWS. ANY QUESTIONS ON THAT? I HAD A QUICK QUESTION.

BECAUSE WE HAVEN'T REALLY SEEN THOSE IN THE PAST.

AND NOW THERE'S TWO BILLS THAT ARE IN THE LEGISLATURE RIGHT NOW.

THIS FIRST ONE IS THE ONE THAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT THAT HAS A LOT MORE BENCHMARK FINANCIAL INDICATORS THAT THEY'RE WANTING TO LOOK AT.

WHAT ARE SOME OF THOSE EARLY WARNING SIGNS THAT WE WANT TO LOOK AT.

IS IT THE MULTI-YEAR ENROLLMENT DECLINE BEING ONE OF THEM? IS BEING AN ISSUE THAT'S CAUSING FOR THESE DISTRICTS TO BE LOSING THEIR FUND BALANCE FAILED LEVEES LIKE BATTLE GROUND SCHOOL DISTRICT.

THAT IMPACTS YOUR FUND BALANCE. AND IF A DISTRICT HAS HAD THAT HAPPEN, HAVING THAT BE A FLAG MID-YEAR BUDGET VARIANCES AND THEN INTERFUND BORROWING ARE JUST SOME OF THE DISCUSSIONS.

BUT WHAT'S INTERESTING ALSO ABOUT THIS BILL IS THAT IT FOCUSES ON THE DIRECTORS AND THEY CALL IT THE DIRECTORS. SO THEY KIND OF KEEP IT OPEN. SO I'M SCHOOL BOARD DIRECTORS, ADMINISTRATIVE DIRECTORS AT OUR LEVEL.

THE SUPERINTENDENT THAT WOULD BE PUTTING MORE.

PRESSURE ON US IN REGARDS TO MAKING SURE THE DECISIONS WE'RE MAKING AREN'T AFFECTING THE DISTRICT IN A NEGATIVE WAY.

AND IF THEY ARE, THEY EVEN PROPOSE IN THE BILL MALFEASANCE ON THE PART OF THE STAFF.

AND IF THEY DO DETECT THAT, THEN A PERSON CAN LOSE THEIR JOB.

THEY COULD NOT GET HIRED AGAIN IN THE STATE OF WASHINGTON.

I'VE HEARD THAT THEY'RE PROBABLY GOING TO HAVE THAT PULLED OUT, BUT IT IS.

I FEEL LIKE IT'S IMPORTANT TO DISCUSS AND BRING UP BECAUSE THAT'S WHERE THE LEGISLATURE IS LOOKING RIGHT NOW.

THEY'RE VERY CONCERNED ABOUT WHAT THE STATE IS OF SCHOOL DISTRICTS AND WHERE IT'S HEADED.

AND SO THEY'RE THROWING THESE BILLS OUT TO MAKE SURE THAT THERE'S SOME CONTROLS BY THEM THAT WERE AT LEAST MEETING THE 6% FUND BALANCE THAT WE'RE NOT GOING DOWN A ROAD WHERE WE'RE NOT TRYING TO FIGURE OUT CUTS, LIKE WHAT I WAS SHOWING HERE WHERE WE HAVE, YOU KNOW, AND MAKING THOSE DEEP CUTS IN ORDER TO MAKE SURE WE ARE VIABLE WITH OUR FUND BALANCE.

SO I WANTED TO JUST ADDRESS THOSE TWO, THAT ONE RIGHT THERE.

AND THEN THE OTHER ONE THAT YOU'RE TALKING ABOUT, CONNIE, IS HOUSE BILL 2593, WHERE IF YOU'RE OVER 2000 FTE AT 6%, AND IF YOU'RE UNDER 2000, THEY WANT YOU TO HAVE 8% FUND BALANCE.

AND THEN I JUST WANTED TO GIVE A QUICK UPDATE AGAIN, JUST TO KIND OF WRAP UP ALL THESE CONCERNS ON FINANCIAL CONDITION.

WE ARE ENDING OUR AUDIT HERE, AND EVERYTHING WENT REALLY WELL.

I DID, HOWEVER, GET A NOTIFICATION FROM ON FRIDAY THAT WE ARE GOING TO GET A MANAGEMENT LETTER.

AND THEY ALWAYS LIKE TO MAKE YOU FEEL BETTER AND LETTING YOU KNOW THERE'S OTHER PEOPLE IN THE GROUP, WHICH DOESN'T MAKE ME FEEL BETTER. BUT THERE'S OTHER DISTRICTS THAT ARE ALSO GOING TO BE GETTING MANAGEMENT LETTERS OR SOME ARE GOING TO BE GETTING FINDINGS.

IN REGARDS TO THE TRAJECTORY, THE TRAJECTORY OF OUR FINANCIAL CONDITION.

I DID TRY AND DISCUSS HOW THE CUTS WE HAD FOR THIS YEAR THAT'S.

AND SO THEY WILL BE NOTING THAT THOUGH THEY'LL TAKE WHAT I MENTIONED AND PUT THAT INTO THE MANAGEMENT LETTER.

SO THAT'S ADDRESSED. BUT AGAIN I ALSO THINK IT IS IMPORTANT THAT I MEAN, IT IS OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO BE MAKING SURE THAT THE DISTRICT IS SOUND AND THINGS HAVEN'T BEEN GOING WELL. HOWEVER, I REALLY [LAUGHTER] FEEL LIKE THE STATE NEEDS TO HELP US OUT HERE.

TENNIS DEVELOPMENT AT CAMAS HIGH SCHOOL. JUST TO GIVE YOU A BIT OF BACKGROUND, I'VE BEEN IN YOUTH ATHLETIC DEVELOPMENT FOR THE BETTER PART OF MY PARENTING LIFE.

PAST 15 YEARS, I'VE BEEN A SOCCER COACH, A RUGBY COACH, COACH, TENNIS.

AND I'VE HAD THREE BOYS WHO'VE MOVED TO THE CAMAS SCHOOL SYSTEM AND ALL OF THEM HAVE PLAYED TENNIS AT THE FACILITIES THAT WE CURRENTLY HAVE.

I'M VERY EXCITED FOR WHAT IS BEING PROPOSED WITH THOSE CAMAS.

AT CAMAS TENNIS DEVELOPMENT. I THINK IT'S A WONDERFUL OPPORTUNITY TO GROW THE SPORT IN CAMAS.

I THINK THAT THE STATE OF THE CURRENT COURTS IS IN A STATE OF DISREPAIR AND WILL NEED ATTENTION.

SO IF WE CAN GET AN OUTSIDE ORGANIZATION TO HELP COVER THE COSTS OF THAT DEVELOPMENT, IT'LL BE FANTASTIC.

I THINK CAMAS TENNIS IS ACTUALLY A VERY UNIQUE ATHLETIC PROGRAM IN THE CAMAS ENVIRONMENT.

MOST OF THE SPORTS PLAYED THERE ARE HYPER COMPETITIVE, AND I'VE ALWAYS BEEN A BIG PROPONENT OF INVOLVEMENT AT ANY LEVEL FOR CHILDREN, AND WE CONTINUALLY SEE CHILDREN BEING EXCLUDED FROM THE MORE ADVANCED OR DEVELOPED SPORTS THE SOCCERS, THE FOOTBALLS, THE BASKETBALLS, THAT SORT OF THING.

AND CAMAS TENNIS PROVIDES AN OPPORTUNITY FOR ALL THE KIDS TO GO AND PLAY.

AND I WOULD ENCOURAGE, IF YOU HAVEN'T ALREADY, TO GO OUT ON ONE OF THOSE DAYS WHEN THE KIDS ARE PLAYING AND JUST SEE THE JOY THAT THOSE KIDS HAVE THAT ARE, THAT ARE OUT THERE PLAYING AND THERE ARE A WIDE VARIETY OF SKILL LEVELS.

SOME OF THEM HAVE NEVER PICKED UP A RACKET BEFORE, AND IT'S FANTASTIC THAT THEY'RE BEING GIVEN THAT OPPORTUNITY. AND OF COURSE, YOU KNOW, BEING SPRING AND FALL SPORTS, IT'S SUSCEPTIBLE TO THE WEATHER. SO IF WE CAN GET INDOOR FACILITIES THAT THEN PROVIDE NOT ONLY THOSE OPPORTUNITIES DURING THAT PERIOD, BUT ALSO THROUGH THE WINTER, I THINK IT WOULD BE A HUGE BONUS TO THIS COMMUNITY.

AND I SEE THAT FACILITY PROVIDING A WEALTH OF OPPORTUNITY, NOT ONLY WITHIN THE SCHOOL ENVIRONMENT, BUT ALSO WITHIN THE COMMUNITY ITSELF. THANK YOU.

SO WHEN YOU LOOK IN TERMS OF THE PROGRAM THAT WE HAVE CURRENTLY OUT HERE FOR TENNIS, THERE ARE ONLY A HANDFUL OF FACILITIES.

NOW WE HAVE SOME PARKS AND WE HAVE SOME SCHOOL FACILITIES, BUT THERE'S REALLY TWO COVERED FACILITIES IN THE AREA, RIGHT? ONE BEING EVERGREEN, ONE BEING VANCOUVER TENNIS CENTER.

NOW MY SON, WHO HAS GROWN UP AND GONE THROUGH ALL OF SCHOOL HERE IN THE CAMAS SCHOOL SYSTEM AND IS A GRADUATING SENIOR THIS YEAR DOES PLAY OR DID PLAY ON THE HIGH SCHOOL TEAM AND FINISHED GETTING HIS LETTER THIS YEAR, WHICH WE'RE REALLY, REALLY PROUD OF.

NOW, WHEN HE WAS YOUNGER, WE HAD HIM STARTING TENNIS WITHIN THE EVERGREEN WHICH I THINK IS SOMETHING THAT THEY'RE ACTUALLY PRETTY DEVELOPED AT, RIGHT? THEY GET THE KIDS IN REALLY YOUNG AND THEN THEY HAVE A DECENT PROGRAM FOR ADULTS.

BUT WHEN WE COME TO UNMET NEED, THEY HAVE ZERO PROGRAM WHATSOEVER WHEN IT COMES TO HIGH SCHOOL TENNIS PLAYERS.

AND REALLY, EVEN AS YOU MOVE INTO THE MIDDLE SCHOOL AREA AND TRANSITIONING INTO HIGH SCHOOL.

THOSE PROGRAMS DROP, THE FLOOR DROPS OUT ON THEM.

SO WE WERE FORCED TO GO TO ANOTHER, WHICH IS A GREAT FACILITY, VANCOUVER TENNIS CENTER, BUT OBVIOUSLY CONSIDERABLY FURTHER AWAY, LESS CONVENIENT. AND SO, YOU KNOW, TO GIVE YOU THE PUNCHLINE, I WANT TO PROVIDE MY UNWAVERING SUPPORT OF COVERING THE TENNIS COURTS AND AND LIKE WAS MENTIONED EARLIER, THERE ARE SOME REVISIONS THAT NEED TO HAPPEN TO THE COURTS ANYWAY. SO IF WE CAN PACKAGE THAT ALL TOGETHER, IT WOULD NOT ONLY PROVIDE, YOU KNOW, A GREAT RESOURCE FOR THE COMMUNITY, BUT LIKE WAS ALSO MENTIONED, THERE'S MANY, MANY SPORTS THAT YOU CAN PLAY IN THE RAIN. TENNIS IS NOT ONE OF THEM.

AND SO BY COVERING THOSE, YOU WOULD ALLOW NOT ONLY THE BOYS TENNIS, BUT THE GIRLS WHO REALLY ARE EVEN MORE SIGNIFICANTLY IMPACTED BY THE RAIN IN THE SPRING TIME AND WINTER TIME TO ACCESS THAT SPORT READILY, WHICH THEY'RE VERY, VERY COMMONLY CANCELED.

SO BOTTOM LINE, IT'S KIND OF IRONIC AND THE AUDACITY OF THE BIGGEST DETRACTOR OF THIS BEING THE ONE TENNIS CENTER WHO DOESN'T ACTUALLY OFFER ANY OF THESE SERVICES FOR WHERE THIS WOULD ACTUALLY BE LOCATED, AND FOR THE COMMUNITY THAT WOULD BE HELPING.

SO I WANT TO ASK FOR THAT TO BE PRIORITIZED AND MOVE FORWARD AS EXPEDITIOUSLY AS POSSIBLE.

AND LIKE GREG SAID, I THINK ONE OF MY FAVORITE PARTS ABOUT IT IS THAT IT'S FOR EVERYONE.

AS IT IS IN THE GENERAL POPULATION. TENNIS IS FOR ALL AGES, IT'S FOR ALL ABILITY LEVELS, AND I LOVE THAT THE TENNIS OR THAT THE CAMAS TENNIS PROGRAM

AND FORTUNATELY IT WASN'T. BUT BEING THAT I WORK IN THE SCHOOL DISTRICT, I OBVIOUSLY PROMOTE PHYSICAL ACTIVITY AND THE HEALTH BENEFITS OF THAT GETTING OUR STUDENTS OUT. I SEE THIS AS BEING SOMETHING THAT THE ENTIRE CAMAS SCHOOL DISTRICT COMMUNITY WOULD BENEFIT FROM.

I KNOW THAT IT'S SOMETHING THAT HAS BEEN PROPOSED THAT OUR ELEMENTARY SCHOOL KIDS WOULD HAVE ACCESS TO IN A PE PROGRAM, POTENTIALLY. I KNOW MY SPECIAL ED STUDENTS, THEY'RE ABLE TO PLAY TENNIS AND MODIFIED LEVELS, AND IT'S SOMETHING THAT THEY COULD I COULD HAVE THEM OUT THERE USING YEAR-ROUND AND WE WOULDN'T BE LIMITED TO JUST THOSE DRY DAYS.

SO IT'S BEYOND JUST OUR FANTASTIC TENNIS PROGRAMS. IT'S SOMETHING THAT WOULD BE USABLE ALL THROUGHOUT THE YEAR FOR ALL OF OUR KIDS.

AND, AND THE REST OF THE COMMUNITY. SO I THINK.

I THINK IT'S VERY UNREALISTIC THAT A FACILITY THAT HAS FOUR COVERED COURTS WITHIN THE CITY OF CAMAS WOULD BE THE ONLY FACILITY TO PROVIDE TENNIS COVERED TENNIS COURTS FOR A GROWING COMMUNITY THAT IS PROMOTING THE SPORT OF TENNIS.

AND I'VE BEEN VERY DISAPPOINTED AS A LONG TERM CAMAS RESIDENT, I FIND IT SHAMEFUL THAT THAT ENTITY, EVERGREEN TENNIS, HAS WORKED SO HARD TO PUT. TO DENY ACCESS TO OUR STUDENTS TO HAVE THIS AMAZING FACILITY BUILT.

SO I AM HAVE A FULL SUPPORT OF THIS. I REALLY HOPE IT HAPPENS FOR THE COMMUNITY AND FOR ALL OF OUR STUDENTS.

THE LANGUAGE READS 4 PERSONAL DAYS WITH ABILITY TO ROLL OVER 3 WITH A MAX ROLL OVER OF 7 THE ADDITION OF TWO FULLY PAID ENTITLEMENT DAYS IN LIEU OF THE ADDITIONAL WORK DAYS THAT WERE ADDED TO THE SCHOOL CALENDAR IN PREVIOUS YEARS.

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT FUNDS OF $8,000 TOTAL, WHICH WOULD BE DISTRIBUTED BASED ON FTE IN A LUMP SUM ON THE MAY PAYCHECK.

CAEOP WILL PRESENT AN EMPLOYEE FUND AGREEMENT BY THE LAST WORKDAY IN SEPTEMBER TO RECEIVE THAT ALLOCATION.

AND THEN AS FAR AS SALARY INCREASES, THERE WOULD BE IPD, WHICH IS CURRENTLY AT 2.6% THIS YEAR.
